Tilda with Fantasy Flower

Happy Friday Magnolia fans!

Before I go to my card today, I have 2 videos up on YouTube. If you want to know what supplies (paper, brush, inks) I use, Click HERE.
For a coloring video on how I color the skin and hair, click HERE

Now to my card. I made a semi-criss cross card / gift card holder. I made the criss cross a bit offset to give it more character. I used Tilda with Fantasy Flower from the Lost and Found Collection

This is what the inside looks like.  I used the Magnolia DooHickeys Grass and Wooden Sign dies.

The hearts are wooden buttons which I painted with acrylic paint and coated with clear Distress Crackle paint. The aged or browned look of the button was a result or reaction of the acrylic paint and the crackle paint together. This happened when it was completely dry. And I think it's a nice vintage look. What do you think?

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts

And for these tiny little tags, I used the Tea Label DooHickey Dies.

And for a bonus card, I made a CAS card using Edwin Catching Fish from the  Sea Breeze Collection.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope to see you again soon!

Coloring Video: Skin & Hair

Hello, hello!
I'm back with another video! Two videos in a week? I can' believe it myself! LOL
We had a thunderstorm today so I didn't want to go out and run errands.
And I had some images stamped for cards and projects for the next 4 weeks so I thought I'd make a video while I color the skin and hair.  I received just a few requests of a coloring tutorial in the past and I thought I should give it a shot. This is not a tutorial.  I am simply sharing with you how I color with Distress Ink Reinkers. I hope you get inspired! Enjoy the video!

You can also watch the video directly in YouTube.

Please let me know what you think.  I do appreciate all your comments!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!
