Winter Wonderland DooHickey Dies

Hello Magnolia fans!

I have 2 simple, quick and easy to make Christmas Tag to share, using 2 of the new DooHickey Dies from the Winter Wonderland Collection.

For the first tag, I used the Ornament Pointy Kit .  This die can also be used as an actual Christmas tree ornament and you can decorate it and hang it on your tree.  (I also used the Fir and Poinsettia die and the Merry Christmas text from A Christmas Story Collection for this tag)
And for the second tag I used Christmas Tree Branch. It took me awhile to figure out how to use the tree branch but based on the name, I used it to make half of a Christmas Tree.

These are the DooHickey Dies I used.

I hope you got a bit of inspiration on how to use the new
Magnolia Winter Wonderland DooHickey Dies.
I'll be posting a few more as soon as I get a new light box.
(well, I'm still in the process of making it so wish me luck!)

Thanks for stopping by!
See you again soon!

North Pole Tilda

Hello Magnolia Fans!
It's the 1st for December and I can't believe how time has flown so fast.

The card I am sharing with you today is the one I sent to one of the Magnolia Fans in Facebook.
Francis Weitering from Netherlands was one of the lucky fans to receive a card from one of the Magnolia DT members and I was so excited to send my card to her. And this is what I sent to her.
I used North Pole Tilda from the Winter Wonderland Collection. Colored her with Distress Ink Reinkers and I used some Magnolia Designer Paper to match her outfit.

I absolutely love her hair.  The curly swirls are just beautiful.

The flower are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The pull out tag has the sentiment and I used some Magnolia Christmas Accessory stamps to decorate the tag.

Magnolia Supplies used for this card are the following:

Here's a last look at the card.
I really enjoyed coloring this image as much as I enjoyed making the card.
I hope you like it too.

Thanks for dropping by and have a wonderful week ahead.
See you again soon!

Puppy Love Tilda

Hello my lovelies!
I have a card to share with you today.
I used Puppy Love Tilda from the Winter Wonderland Collection. She is one of my favorites from this collection because I love coloring her hair.

Here's a closer look at Tilda.  Isn't she  a cutie?
She is colored with Distress Ink Reinkers.

The Merry Christmas Text is also from the Winter Wonderland Collection.  I used some Tim Holtz dies, Magnolia DooHickey Jolly Tag and  Go Kreate die for the base.

Winter Wonderland: Same but Different

Hello there. Today, I'm going to share another card using one of the stamps from the
Winter Wonderland Collection.
I actually made 2 cards using the same image. I colored it almost exactly the same and I also used the same patterned paper collection and used the same DooHickey Dies for my embellishments. So let's just call this... "Same but Different".
Here's the first card,

And here is the second card.  This time I made it a square card

Just as mentioned, I colored the images almost exactly the same. Have you noticed the difference? Yup, it's the hair. Everything else is the same. I actually colored the image in card #2 first. But then I thought the hair was too "busy" and it took me forever to lay the ink down and let it dry so I thought I need to change my coloring style and be more efficient and cut my coloring time in half. So I colored another one(card #1) with chunkier hair. It still took a while to finish coloring the image but not as much as. But honestly, I like them both. How about you?
