Christmas Eve Tilda

If you are looking for the Magnolia Dt Christmas Blog Hop, CLICK on the image below!

Hello Magnolia Fans!
I have a simple card to show you today.
As I was going thru my "colored-images-but-didn't-make-it-into-a card-yet" box, I found this
Christmas Eve Tilda from the Winter Wonderland Collection from last year.
She is colored using Distress Ink Reinkers.  I also found a whole sheet of patterned paper that matched the colors I used on the image.

I finally made it into a card! Yay me!  Sometimes, I just love to color and my colored images tend to pile up so quickly.  Coloring Magnolia images is my way of relaxing. But making them into cards makes everything more fun! So keep creating with Magnolia images.

Thanks for stopping by! I'll see you again soon!

Magnolia DT Christmas Blog Hop

Hi Magnolia Friends!
Welcome to the Magnolia Design Team Christmas Blog Hop (Group 1)

If you arrived from Tanja's Blog, you are in the right place! But if you just happened to pop in, you can start the blog hop from Pearl's Blog.

My card for today features Tilda with Apple Wreath from the Waiting from Christmas Collection. I have colored her with Distress Ink Reinkers on watercolor paper. The sentiment Merry Christmas Text is from the Winter Wonderland Collection. The Magnolia DooHickey's used are the
Wooden Sign and some from the DooHickey Club #2.

Here's a close up of Tilda holding the apple wreathe. I added some Glossy Accents to give the apples some dimension and shine.

The tag on the side has the sentiment stamped on the same
Magnolia Designer paper as the main card base.

Your next stop is Babi's Blog.
Be sure to leave a comment on each blog you hop on to,  for a chance to win some prizes from Magnolia Sweden!

Christmas Ornament Cards

Hello my lovelies!
Are you caught up with your Christmas card making like I am? Well,  I have 2 easy-to-make, simple and quick cards for the holidays. And I will probably be making more of these cards.

For the first card, I used  Christmas Bauble, Leaf & Swirl,  Cozy Fern & Snowflake,  Sparkle Snowflakes,  A Merry Christmas text.

And for the second one, I used  Ornament Pointy Kit,  Cozy Fern & Snowflake
Sparkle Snowflakes, Afternoon Tea Bench, (scroll design on the right ornament)
 A Merry Christmas text.

I used Ranger Embossing Powder in Platinum to emboss the snowflakes and the scroll. I also embossed a piece of paper before die cutting them for the top part of the ornament. It was so much fun making these cards and it took me just a few minutes to make them.

Ribbon Tilda

Hello Magnolia fans.

Today, I have a card using an older Magnolia stamp. This is Ribbon Tilda from the Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection of 2011. This collection was released just a month or two after I started card making.  Tilda is colored with Copics and the flowers, leaves and twigs were cut using Magnolia DooHickey Dies.

I love the versatility of this stamp. I know that this is from a Christmas collection but you can surely use this image for Valentines or other occasion.

I will see you again soon.  Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
