Hello Friends!
I'm
back from the CHA in Las Vegas. And I had a great time! Just like what I
said in FB, the fun I had didn't involve going to the Strip! Because I
know I wouldn't if I did! It was too hot for me. And I would croak (...like seriously...) if the weather came close to
100 degrees! So I tried to stay indoors most of the time. I've been to
Las Vegas more than a few times. So seeing the sights that I've seen
before is not worth walking out in the heat.
Anyhow, I was there to help at the Magnolia Booth.
For 3 days, I woke up to this view. I stayed at the LVH (8th floor) and every morning,
this is what I saw.
This is the Magnolia Booth. We shared the booth with Magnolia Mini World.
Not so fancy but it sure was a cozy place to color.
My badge and name tag ( Thanks Patti Jo for making this beautiful name tag.)
Here are my Magnolia Team mates cards displayed on the shelves. It's
amazing to see and touch the cards of different crafters. They look
beautiful in their blogs but they are so much beautiful in person. I'm
so glad to be working with them.

This is where I spent 98% of the time during the show. 1% for lunch and
another 1% for a bathroom break. I really didn't have time to go around
checking other booths because it took me forever to color an image. I
colored with my DI's so every time I lay down a color, I had fan it dry
so I can add another layer. Patti Jo
colored the mini Magnolia's using Promarkers so she colored 6 images in
a hour while I could barely finish one! It was fun coloring and
chatting with Patti Jo and Diana.

Just like I said, I didn't get to go
around the booths and take photos. Sorry about that. It was a smaller
show compared to the last years Summer CHA here in Chicago. They said
the Anaheim CHA is always packed compared to the summer shows. There
were a lot of "newcomers" and some of my favorites were not there. But
all I can say is, there is a whole bunch of new products coming that you
have to watch out for (...and save for) like new dies, paper, stamps
and other crafty things.
Well, this is all I can share about
my trip to attend CHA in Las Vegas. Overall, I had a wonderful time in
Las Vegas (and had nothing to do with gambling). Thanks to my Hubby for
giving me 3 days to have some me-time / time-out and spend time with
people whom I share the same love and passion for crafting, stamping and
coloring.
Thanks for stopping by.
